Dr. Sank has practiced in the Washington Metropolitan area since 1973. He has specialized training in cognitive behavior therapy and in the treatment of mood disorders. He is skilled in treating depression and anxiety with an emphasis on mindfulness training. He is a certified sex therapist. Dr. Sank is the author of "Zen on the Run: Mindfulness in a New York Minute" (mindfulnessina nyminute.com) and "Happily Ever After: The Engaged Couples' Guide to Getting Marriage Right" (gettingmarriageright.com).
